About Our Team

Pearce Disability Services was established with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with disabilities across Newcastle, Australia. As a small, dedicated team, we collaborate regularly to ensure alignment in our approach and consistency in the services we provide. We pride ourselves on offering a warm, personalised experience—ensuring that participants are greeted by familiar, friendly faces every time.

We value open communication and actively encourage feedback, using it as a foundation to continuously refine and improve our services to better meet the needs of those we support.

Our team comprises both male and female support workers with extensive experience—both lived and professional—across a broad spectrum of disabilities. We are a family-oriented group, united by a shared passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others.

With a diverse range of skills and personal interests, including bushwalking, cooking, art, music, fishing, and lifelong learning, we are able to build genuine connections and engage participants in meaningful and enjoyable ways. Our mission is to enhance quality of life by promoting connection, independence, and joy in everyday living.
