Pearce Disability Services may be newly established, but it’s built on a strong foundation of experience and heart. Our team is made up of passionate industry professionals who bring years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the disability support sector. Julie, one of our founding team members, has worked in the industry for over 15 years, offering invaluable insight, compassion, and leadership to our service.

All of our team members are over 30 and parents themselves, which brings a unique level of empathy, patience, and real-life understanding to the support we provide. We know what it means to care for others, and we carry that mindset into every interaction with our participants and their families.

We’re committed to providing consistency in support—ensuring participants are regularly supported by the same familiar, trusted faces. We believe strong, ongoing relationships are key to meaningful support. That’s why building genuine rapport and trust is at the core of everything we do. It creates a sense of security, comfort, and connection that truly enhances day-to-day life.
